Thank you to the neighbors who attended the last MUD meeting. As discussed, here’s the status of the greenbelt cleanup project. The MUD contracted with Perfect Cuts to clean up the brush and dead debris in the greenbelt areas owned by the MUD. Our contact just informed us that he was able to dispatch some crews today to start preliminary work. He anticipates that the project will be completed in approximately 20 days. MUD consultants are arranging a meeting with him on-site early next week and will also do a full inspection upon completion of the work.
Some of you may have received a hang tag on your door regarding sanitary sewer line cleaning that will be performed starting this week by Highlands at Mayfield Ranch MUD. This work is routine maintenance that is required periodically by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The contractor that was hired by the MUD, CleanView Resources, is planning to be on site today, June 27. Click to see a list of the streets where work will be performed.
